Board Of Directors

Benjamin is the non-executive Chairman and is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe “IDC”. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 31 years experience in finance and administration. He serves on a number of Boards of Motec Holdings (Private) Limited subsidiaries and on the FBC Building Society Board.

Aadil is the Chief Executive of Lounge Management Services and holds a Bachelors Degree majoring in Psychology and International Relations. He sits a number of board which include Grand Bridge Trading Pty Ltd, Silver Glow Investments Pty Ltd, Narbada Investments Pty Ltd and Holdings 70 Park Pty Ltd. He is based in South Africa.

Jean is a successful commercial lawyer with over 21 years experience in the field of banking and working with a diversified portfolio of clients. She is a partner with a local law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Laws degrees, a Masters of Law degree in Corporate and Commercial Law and a Diploma in Banking and Finance.

Ignatius is a Director responsible for Finance, Human Resources and Administration in the Ministry of Finance. He has a vast experience in Finance particularly Public Finance. He sits on the Board of Printflow Private Limited. Ignatius holds a B.Com degree and is a registered Public Accountant.

Hamish holds a Bachelor of Studies degree specializing in Information Technology, General Management and Tourism. He started Pioneer Coaches in 1998 becoming a director of Pioneer Corporation Africa in 2002. He sits on the Board of Scanlink (Pvt) Ltd and TSL Ltd.

Cron holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree specializing in Finance with over 22 years experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. He has been involved in a number of fund raising initiatives, acquisitions, disposals, company restructuring, valuations and private equity investments. He is based in Cape Town and currently managing and advising on listed and private investments. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.

Edwin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and is a Public Sector Financial Management practitioner with 29 years experience in Public Sector Accounting. He has sat on a number of Boards which included Zambezi River Authority, Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Investments Authority.

Stanley Kudenga is a registered Chartered Accountant whose passion for efficiency, respect of corporate governance and creative attitude to finance have made him a reputable investment banker and strategist in Zimbabwe. Formerly the Managing Director of FBC Reinsurance, Mr. Kudenga spearheaded the company’s turnaround strategy resulting in FBC Reinsurance having the highest return on capital in the industry. As director of the Zimbabwe Investment Authority, Mr. Kudenga played a key role in the consolidation of the Authority’s units and bringing ease to doing business in Zimbabwe. Presently he is the Group CEO of ZimRe Holding Limited.
