Management Team

Stanley Kudenga is a registered Chartered Accountant whose passion for efficiency, respect of corporate governance and creative attitude to finance have made him a reputable investment banker and strategist in Zimbabwe. Formerly the Managing Director of FBC Reinsurance, Mr. Kudenga spearheaded the company’s turnaround strategy resulting in FBC Reinsurance having the highest return on capital in the industry. As director of the Zimbabwe Investment Authority, Mr. Kudenga played a key role in the consolidation of the Authority’s units and bringing ease to doing business in Zimbabwe. Presently he is the Group CEO of ZimRe Holding Limited.

Mr. Mundangepfupfu is the Group Corporate Affairs Executive for ZimRe Holdings Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree, both obtained from the University of Zimbabwe. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).

At ZHL, he is responsible for formulating, coordinating and monitoring of Group Strategic Planning activities and processes, providing strategic guidance and support to Group companies, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting strategic audits of operations, coordinating research activities, as well as providing input in the formulation and implementation of Marketing and Public Relations policies and programmes.

Mr. Mundangepfupfu has also worked as an Internal Audit Manager within the ZHL Group.

He is a current Director of Fidelity Life Financial Services Private Limited. Mr. Mundangepfupfu is past director of CBZ Insurance Company Private Limited and ZimRe Property Investments (ZPI).

Mr. Mundangepfupfu is a Christian and is married with two children.

Ruvimbo is a legal professional specialising in commercial law, corporate governance and legal compliance with particular focus on the Securities and Exchange Act, the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listing Requirements and the Companies Act. She has undertaken a number of award-winning transactions ranging from capital raises to merger and acquisitions.

Mr Leo Huvaya has intensive knowledge and work experience in the reinsurance industry spanning over 25 years. He is a chartered insurer (ACII) and holds a Bachelor of Business Economics degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently the Group Managing Director of Emeritus Re International. Leo once served as Secretary General of the Organization of Eastern and Southern Africa Insurers (OESAI). Leo sits on the Boards of Emeritus Reinsurance – Botswana, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique offices.
